Already at the document registration stage, the tool enables OCR of all documents along with OCR AI – in particular: intelligent form filling and categorization by organizational structure. The application enables accurate tracking of company expenses and ensures proper storage in accordance with tax regulations.
A key feature is the ability to build and monitor the use of budgets for given cost categories, projects or teams. The tool gives full insight into cost processes, enabling audits and reporting according to a variety of indicators.
The platform is tailored to the company’s implementation to support the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
