General information

The processing of personal data should be organised in such a way that it serves humanity. This Regulation respects the fundamental rights, freedoms and principles recognised by the Charter of Fundamental Rights - as enshrined in the Treaties - and in particular the right to respect for private and family life, home and communications, the protection of personal data, the freedom of thought, conscience and religion, the freedom of expression and information, the freedom to conduct a business, the right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial and cultural, religious and linguistic diversity.

How has Euvic Future Work prepared for the introduction of GDPR?

We have dedicated a lot of attention to adapt to the upcoming changes. As a controller and processor of personal data, we have implemented and comply with the principles set out in the provisions of the GDPR and in the Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
In particular:

We have drawn up a register of the processing of personal data,
We have clearly defined the purposes and legal basis of the processing processes,
We have performed a threat analysis, assessed the risks and evaluated the impact of our processing of your data,
On the basis of the analyses, we have implemented appropriate and adequate processing security as a standard applicable to Euvic Future Work,
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer,
We have adequately trained and authorised our staff to process personal data.
